Scheduling Appointments

All consultations and service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, email, or direct communication.

 

Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation notice.

Consultation Fees

Any consultation fees, retainers, or service deposits (if applicable) must be paid prior to the scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.

We understand emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

 

No Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may require prepayment before future bookings are accepted.

 

Late Arrivals

If you are late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to respect other scheduled clients. Significant delays may require rescheduling.

 

Service Scope

Booking a consultation does not guarantee project acceptance. Services will begin only after mutual agreement on scope, pricing, and timeline.
